Julie has called Manomet home for many years - and it’s her favorite place to be! In the 1980s, she and her sister, Rita, founded Plymouth Village Realtors, creating a women-owned, independent boutique firm rooted in community, connection, and local pride.
She loves the coastal lifestyle, spending most of her time at the beach, traveling, and being with her three children - including her son Jack, who now works alongside her at PVR!
Julie continues to lead the PVR legacy with heart and integrity, and remains deeply committed to serving the place she loves most.
Jack Murphy

Jack is a lifelong Plymouth local with seven years of real estate experience and deep roots in the community. After graduating from Misericordia University, where he studied business and played basketball, he returned home to build a career helping others find their place on the South Shore.
Jack lives in Plymouth with his wife, Dalia, and their two dogs, Honey and Bella. When he’s not with clients, he enjoys fishing, golfing, discovering new restaurants, and spending time at the beach.
Jack brings a steady, thoughtful, people-first approach to every client relationship.

A proud mom to three daughters and two dogs, she understands how important it is to find a home that supports your lifestyle. Maggie enjoys biking, skiing, and exploring New England with her husband, always making the most of the outdoors.

Alan Watson
Realtor
Alan was born and raised in Manomet Bluffs and has spent his life connected to the Plymouth coastline and community. After attending Curry College and Stonehill, he returned home and later owned the Blue Spruce Motel in Manomet before joining Plymouth
Village Realtors in 1991.
Alan currently lives in Cedarville with his spouse, Paul, and their two dogs.
