Julie has called Manomet home for many years - and it’s her favorite place to be! In the 1980s, she and her sister, Rita, founded Plymouth Village Realtors, creating a women-owned, independent boutique firm rooted in community, connection, and local pride.
She loves the coastal lifestyle, spending most of her time at the beach, traveling, and being with her three children - including her son Jack, who now works alongside her at PVR!
Julie continues to lead the PVR legacy with heart and integrity, and remains deeply committed to serving the place she loves most.

Jack Murphy
Realtor
Jack is a lifelong Plymouth local with seven years of real estate experience and deep roots in the community. After graduating from Misericordia University, where he studied business and played basketball, he returned home to build a career helping others find their place on the South Shore.
Jack lives in Plymouth with his wife, Dalia, and their two dogs, Honey and Bella. When he’s not with clients, he enjoys fishing, golfing, discovering new restaurants, and spending time at the beach.
Jack brings a steady, thoughtful, people-first approach to every client relationship.

With over 20 years of experience, Maggie is a trusted South Shore real estate professional known for her approachable style and dedication to her clients.
A proud mom to three daughters and two dogs, she understands how important it is to find a home that supports your lifestyle. Maggie enjoys biking, skiing, and exploring New England with her husband, always making the most of the outdoors.

Maggie is the newest member of Plymouth Village Realtors and brings an enthusiastic, people-first approach shaped by her background as a Registered Nurse. Drawn to real estate for the relationships and community connection it offers, she’s excited to learn, grow, and become an integral part of the PVR team and the local market.

Rita Clark
Director of Operations
Born and raised in Plymouth, Rita has always felt a strong connection to the community and is excited to be back in the area after living outside of Massachusetts. After building a career in public relations and marketing, she’s returned to the family business to help grow relationships and expand Plymouth Village’s presence in the area.

She loves connecting with local businesses, supporting community organizations, and sharing the spots that make Plymouth such a special place to live. Rita is the proud mom to Nellie, Plymouth Village’s third generation realtor-in-training, and lives with her husband Craig and two dogs, Zara and Bewley. Outside of work, you'll often find her spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball, or swimming in the ocean at Manomet beach.
